Esab India has informed that the meeting of the board of directors will be held on Thursday; the 7th February, 2019 to take on record the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended 31 December, 2018. As per the Company's Code for Prevention of Insider Trading framed in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 the Trading Window for the purpose of transacting in Company's Shares will remain closed with effect from 18 January, 2019 to 9 February, 2019. Accordingly, all the designated employees (including Directors) of the Company have been intimated not to trade in the companys shares during the aforesaid period of closure of Trading Window.
