As per Regulation 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015, South Indian Bank has informed about submission of the unaudited Financial Results of the Bank for the quarter ended 31st December 2018 which was approved and taken on record by the Board at its meeting held today, the 19th day of January, 2019.
