Cyient has signed a definitive agreement to acquire the remaining 26% stake in one of its subsidiaries -- Cyient DLM to take the overall stake to 100%. This acquisition will position the company strongly to expand into high-technology and high-value design-led systems and solutions in line with the Cyient's S3 strategy.
