Further to the letter dated January 15, 2019, BASF India has informed about unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter and nine months period ended 31st December, 2018 along with Limited Review Report, which were approved and taken on record by the Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held today. The meeting commenced at 11 .30 am. and concluded at 2.30 pm. The said results will be published in the newspapers on Friday, 25th January, 2019.
