Physical Rubber prices witness some weakness on Wednesday

Physical Rubber prices showed some weakness on Wednesday on account of buyer resistance in the market. Spot prices for RSS-4 variety declined to Rs 124.50/kg compared to its previous closing of Rs 125/kg; while the RSS-5 variety remained unchanged at Rs 120/kg.

In the futures market, February delivery gained to Rs 124.25 compared to its previous closing of Rs 123.75, while March delivery was at Rs 126 compared to its previous close of Rs 125.84 on the Indian Commodity Exchange Limited (ICEX).
