Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Jindal Drilling & Industries has informed that the company has been awarded contract from Oil and Natural Gas Corporation (ONGC) for charter hire of Offshore Drilling Rig for contract period of 3 years, with contract value over $57 million (approximately Rs 407 crores).
