Spencers Retail is currently trading at Rs. 212.80, down by 11.20 points or 5% from its listing price of Rs. 224.00 on the BSE.
The scrip opened at Rs. 224.00 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 230.00 and Rs. 212.80 respectively. So far 14000 shares were traded on the counter.
Spencers Retail has been listed on the exchanges, BSE and NSE, on January 25, 2019, after its demerger from CESC.
Earlier, CESC had taken NCLT approval under the Companies Act for the demerger of all businesses except power.
