NBCC gains on bagging order worth Rs 228 crore for redevelopment of WHO building

NBCC (India) is currently trading at Rs. 56.90, up by 0.35 points or 0.62% from its previous closing of Rs. 56.55 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 56.90 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 57.20 and Rs. 56.50 respectively.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 1 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 118.33 on 29-Jan-2018 and a 52 week low of Rs. 46.55 on 11-Dec-2018.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 58.55 and Rs. 55.85 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 10179.00 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 70.57%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 15.49% and 13.93% respectively.

NBCC (India), under the Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs (MoHUA), has bagged an order of Rs 228 crore for the redevelopment of World Health Organisation (WHO) - SEARO building in New Delhi.

The company has been awarded the work as Project Management Consultant (PMC) for construction and redevelopment of the building. The company will be responsible for designing, construction and procurement of the project.

NBCC (India) is one of the few public sector companies engaged in the business of project management consultancy services for civil construction projects (PMC), civil infrastructure for power sector and real estate development.
