Southern Petrochemicals Industries Corporation (SPIC) has entered into a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Government of Tamilnadu on January 24, 2019 to co-operate in the setting up of various projects in Tuticorin and facilitate establishment and operation of these projects.

SPIC since its founding has been providing product and services that feed, nourish, and protect the agriculture and rural ecosystem. The company is now a well diversified one with area of businesses spreading from fertilizers to pharma.
