Ramco Cements reports 18% fall in Q3 net profit

Ramco Cements has reported results for third quarter ended December 31, 2018.

The company has reported 17.66% fall in its net profit at Rs 101.07 crore for the quarter under review as compared to Rs 122.74 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. However, total income of the company increased by 14.65% at Rs 1,216.99 crore for Q3FY19 as compared Rs 1,061.52 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.

Ramco Cements is the flagship company of the Ramco Group, a well-known business group of South India. The main product of the company is Portland cement, manufactured in eight state-of-the art production facilities that includes Integrated Cement plants and Grinding units.
