Spice Connect is intending to acquire the 7,223,894 Equity Shares representing 62.43% of the paid-up share capital of Wall Street Finance from Smart Global Corporate Holding, the existing promoter of Wall Street Finance. Spice Connect is the wholly owned subsidiary of Smart Global Corporate Holding.

Wall Street Finance is a leader in foreign exchange and money remittance services in the country and has been upgraded to the status of Authorized Dealer Forex-II by the Reserve Bank of India.
