Majesco’s step down subsidiary -- Majesco (Thailand) Company has been closed with effect from January 29, 2019, as per the letter received from Department of Business Development, Ministry of Commerce, Thailand. Consequently, Majesco (Thailand) Company ceased to be a step-down subsidiary of the Company.

Majesco enables insurance business transformation for approximately 150 insurance customers by providing solutions which include software, consulting and services.
