NMDC reports 78% rise in Q3 net profit

NMDC has reported results for third quarter ended December 31, 2018.

The company has reported a rise of 77.85% in its net profit at Rs 1,576.70 crore for the quarter under review as compared to Rs 886.53 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. Total income of the company increased by 46.72% at Rs 3,785.57 crore for Q3FY19 as compared Rs 2,580.17 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.

NMDC is a state-controlled mineral producer of the Government of India. It is fully owned by the Government of India and is under administrative control of the Ministry of Steel.
