Suzlon Energy shines on completing sale of Prathamesh Solarfarms

Suzlon Energy is currently trading at Rs. 4.92, up by 0.22 points or 4.68% from its previous closing of Rs. 4.70 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 4.73 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 5.00 and Rs. 4.72 respectively. So far 1379487 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 2 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 15.09 on 01-Feb-2018 and a 52 week low of Rs. 4.53 on 31-Jan-2019.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 5.10 and Rs. 4.53 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 2649.25 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 19.82%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 14.89% and 65.29% respectively.

Suzlon Energy has completed sale of securities of its subsidiary company -- Prathamesh Solarfarms held by the company to Ostro and accordingly Prathamesh has ceased to be a subsidiary of the company. The company sold its balance stake in Prathmesh for a consideration of Rs 57.09 crore.
