Further, it is informed that as per the Company’s Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading , framed pursuant to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading)Regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company will be closed for the purpose of Declaration of Un-Audited Financial Results for the Quarter ended December 31, 2018 along with the Limited Review Report from Saturday, February 09, 2019 and the same will remain closed till 48 hours after the announcement of Financial Results. Accordingly, all Directors / Connected / Designated Persons of the Company have been advised not to trade in the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of Trading Window.
