Pursuant to Regulation 29 read with regulation 33 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Rites has informed that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Tuesday, February 12, 2019, to consider and approve Unaudited Financial Results (Standalone) along with Limited Review report and presentation for the Quarter and Nine months ended on December 31, 2018. Further, as per the Code of Conduct adopted by the Company under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 2015, the trading window will remain closed from February 05, 2019 till the expiry of forty-eight hours from the date the said results are made public, that is, February 14, 2018, for Designated Persons and other Concerned Persons.
