Birla Corporation has reported results for third quarter ended December 31, 2018.

The company has reported a net profit of Rs 6.99 crore for the quarter under review against a net loss of Rs 24.52 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. Total income of the company increased by 20.66% at Rs 1092.70 crore for Q3FY19 as compared Rs 905.61 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.

On the consolidated basis, the company has reported a net profit of Rs 27.35 crore for the quarter under review against net loss of Rs 21.84 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. Total income of the company increased by 11.80% at Rs 1567.52 crore for Q3FY19 as compared Rs 1402.09 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.
