Seamec has reviewed the status and feasibility of scheme of demerger of EPC and Vessel Division of HAL Offshore into the company and decided to withdraw the same considering that the intended synergies based on which demerger was planned have been diluted and will not be in the best interest of the company and its minority shareholders.
The Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on February 06, 2019 has decided the same.
Seamec is engaged in the business of operating multi-support vessels for diving and for providing underwater/sub-sea engineering services, deep sea diving, and inspection of underwater structures, repairs and maintenance of offshore platform fire-fighting services and rescue operations.
