Highway, Borivali (East), Mumbai - 400066, Maharashtra, to consider and approve the Un-audited Standalone Financial Results for the Quarter and Nine Months ended 31st December, 2018; to consider and approve the Limited Review Report submitted by the Statutory Auditor of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended 31st December, 2018; to any other matters with the permission of the chair.Further, pursuant to the provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and as per the terms of Code of Conduct of the Prevention of Insider Trading, the closure of Trading Window for all the Directors and Designated Employees of the Company has commenced from 07th February, 2019 and shall end on 48 hours after the meeting concluded on 14th February, 2019, the date on which the results are made public.
