Hindustan Oil Exploration Company (HOEC) has inaugurated the Hollong Modular Gas Processing Plant (HMGPP), Dirok Field in the state of Assam on February 09, 2019.

The HMGPP which has the capacity to process 35 mmscfd of gas (15% of Assam gas production) and 800 barrels of condensate being produced from the Dirok field is located in Margherita, Tinsukia District of Assam. Modular, innovative and standardized design of this plant, a first of its kind in India, enabled fast-track delivery of the project.
