Universal Starch-Chem Allied’ Board has considered the purchase of Plant and Machinery worth Rs 10.68 crore and Land and Building worth of Rs 6.50 crore during the quarter, through auction held by SVC-Co Operative Bank -Mumbai, for the business expansion purpose. The Board of Directors of the company at their meeting held on February 09, 2019, considered the same.
