Zenith Birla (India) has entered into One Time Settlement (OTS) with Invent Assets Securitisation & Reconstruction (Loan assigned by State Bank of India) against the credit facilities availed by the company.
The company have accepted OTS proposal and committed to act as per terms of proposal. Further strategically this OTS proposal will support financial position of the company.
