FIIs stood as net sellers in equities as per February 14 data: NSDL

14 Feb 2019 Evaluate

The FIIs as per Thursday's data were net sellers in equity segment, while they were net buyers in debt segment, according to data released by the NSDL.

In equity segment, the gross buying was of Rs 4565.16 crore against gross selling of Rs 5421.51 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net sellers of Rs 856.35 crore in equities.

In the debt segment, the gross purchase was of Rs 3452.98 crore with gross sales of Rs 1598.48 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net buyers of Rs 1854.50 crore in debt.

In the hybrid segment, the gross buying was of Rs 1.90 crore against no selling. Thus, FIIs stood as net buyers of Rs 1.90 crore in hybrid segment.
