Info Edge (India) has agreed to invest approximately Rs 20 million in Wishbook Infoservices through its wholly-owned subsidiary. The aggregate shareholding of the company in the said entity, upon completion of the transaction, would be 28.98% on a fully converted & diluted basis if Series A2 CCPS shares are converted as per the base case scenario.
