IFB Agro Industries has received an approval for the formation of Limited Liability Company (Trade Name: IFB Agro Marine LLC) in UAE, by its wholly owned subsidiary, IFB Agro Marine FZE, in SAIF ZONE, Sharjah, UAE to carry the business of distribution of seafood products in the local markets of UAE.
The Board of Directors in its meeting held on February 22, 2019, approved the same.
IFB Agro Industries is one of the largest producers of alcohol in eastern India.
