Bharat Forge (BFL) has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Bharat Electronics (BEL) on February 21, 2019 at Aero India Show, 2019, Bengaluru.
The purpose of the said MoU is to find opportunities of strategic co-operation between BFL & BEL, in the field of defence and aerospace products/ systems. The MoU does not create any commercial relationship between BFL & BEL. The MoU is merely explorative in nature and subject to entering into definitive agreements between BFL & BEL.
Bharat Forge is engaged in manufacturing of close die and open die forging, crankshafts, front axle beams, steering knuckle, connecting rods, rocker arm and many more components.
