India Gelatine & Chemicals has informed that it has enclosed the Postal Ballot Notice along with Postal Ballot Form, dispatched on Monday, February 25, 2019 to all Members of the Company whose names appeared on the Register of Members/List of Beneficial Owners as on the close of working hours of the cut-off date i.e. February 15, 2019. The Company has engaged the services of Central Depository Services (India) for providing e-voting facility to all its Members. The voting through postal ballot and through e-voting will commence on Tuesday, 26th February, 2019 at 10.00 a.m. and ends on Wednesday, 27th March, 2019 at 05.00 pm.
