S Chand and Company along with its wholly owned subsidiary -- Eurasia Publishing House has acquired the remaining stake of 26% in Chhaya Prakashani, from its existing shareholder on February 25, 2019, and Chhaya Prakashani has become the wholly owned subsidiary of the Company.
Earlier, the company had made an investment in Chhaya Prakashani in December 2016, by way of acquiring 74% of share capital of Chhaya.
