Transwarranty Finance’s subsidiary--Vertex Securities (VSL) has purchased 7 equity shares of Rs 10 each (representing 0.0002o/o of the total equity capital) of its subsidiary company, Vertex- Commodities and Finpro thereby making it a wholly owned subsidiary of Vertex Securities, with effect from February 26, 2019.

These 7 equity shares shall be jointly held by Vertex Securities and its 7 nominees each on behalf of VSL, to comply with the legal requirement of minimum number of members.
