Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 29 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Rites has informed that a meeting of Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Monday, 11th March, 2019 to consider and approve the second interim dividend, if any and to fix the record date for the purpose of payment of dividend. Further, as per the Code of Conduct adopted by the Company under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 2015, the trading window will remain closed from Monday, March 04, 2019 till the expiry of forty-eight hours from the date and time of the board meeting i.e. Wednesday, March 13, 2019 for Designated Persons and other Concerned Persons.
