FIIs stood as net buyers in equities as per February 27 data: NSDL

27 Feb 2019 Evaluate

The FIIs as per Wednesday’s data were net buyers in equity segment, while they were net sellers in debt segment, according to data released by the NSDL.

In equity segment, the gross buying was of Rs 6711.93 crore against gross selling of Rs 5049.43 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net buyers of Rs 1662.50 crore in equities.

In the debt segment, the gross purchase was of Rs 972.65 crore with gross sales of Rs 2662.59 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net sellers of Rs 1689.94 crore in debt.

In the hybrid segment, the gross selling was of Rs 1.97 crore against no buying. Thus, FIIs stood as net sellers of Rs 1.97 crore in hybrid segment.
