IOC advances on signing MoU with IWAI

Indian Oil Corporation is currently trading at Rs. 144.50, up by 3.60 points or 2.56% from its previous closing of Rs. 140.90 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 141.50 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 146.50 and Rs. 141.50 respectively. So far 631120 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 206.25 on 13-Mar-2018 and a 52 week low of Rs. 105.65 on 05-Oct-2018.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 146.50 and Rs. 131.70 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 135940.45 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 54.06%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 19.07% and 26.76% respectively.

Indian Oil Corporation (IOC) has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Inland Waterways Authority of India (IWAI). The MoU will provide an understanding over general modalities of mutual cooperation leading to addressing futuristic demand of any form of energy for Inland Waterways and associated services.
