FIIs stood as net sellers in equities as per February 28 data: NSDL

28 Feb 2019 Evaluate

The FIIs as per Thursday’s data were net sellers in equity and debt segments both, according to data released by the NSDL.

In equity segment, the gross buying was of Rs 5118.21 crore against gross selling of Rs 5533.96 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net sellers of Rs 415.75 crore in equities.

In the debt segment, the gross purchase was of Rs 922.51 crore with gross sales of Rs 2187.71 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net sellers of Rs 1265.20 crore in debt.

In the hybrid segment, the gross buying was of Rs 1.68 crore against gross selling of Rs 2.28 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net sellers of Rs 0.60 crore in hybrid segment.
