Wintac has received a Termination Letter from Par Formulations notifying the termination of Business Transfer Agreement for non-fulfillment by Par Formulations and Wintac of certain conditions within the stipulated time limits, while reserving all of Buyer's rights, powers, privileges, remedies and defenses.
Earlier, the company had entered into a Business Transfer Agreement with Par Formulations on April 26, 2018 for the sale of Pharmaceutical Business Undertaking of the Company.
