ISMT has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today approved the appointment of Kanakraj Madhavan as Additional Director (Independent Category) of the Company with effect from March 01, 2019. Kanakraj Madhavan is a B.E. (Mech.) and MBA (Marketing) and has to his credit almost four decades of rich working experience in Sales, Marketing, Planning, Operations, Logistics & Product Development. It is hereby affirmed that Kanakraj Madhavan is not debarred from holding the office of director by virtue of any Order of SEBI or of any other such authority.
