Udaya Bhaskar retired as Chairman & Managing Director of the Company on 28th February 2019, on attaining superannuation; Based on Ministry of Defence, Government of India Letter No.DDP-M0001(24)/02/2018 D(BDL) dated 25th February, 2019, Commodore Siddharth Mishra has assumed the charge of Chairman & Managing Director of the Company with effect from 01 March, 2019.
