SREI Infrastructure Finance has informed that in accordance with the Company’s Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading (Srei Insider Code), framed pursuant to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed from Wednesday, 6th March, 2019 till Sunday, 10th March, 2019, i.e. completion of 48 Hours after the approval of the proposal by the Board of Directors. Accordingly, all the Insiders (including Directors and designated employees as per Srei Insider Code) and their immediate relatives are being intimated not to enter into any transaction involving the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of Trading Window.
