FIIs stood as net sellers in equities as per March 06 data: NSDL

06 Mar 2019 Evaluate

The FIIs as per Wednesday's data were net sellers in equity and debt segments both, according to data released by the NSDL.

In equity segment, the gross buying was of Rs 5556.03 crore against gross selling of Rs 7425.59 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net sellers of Rs 1869.56 crore in equities.

In the debt segment, the gross purchase was of Rs 1693.31 crore with gross sales of Rs 2046.36 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net sellers of Rs 353.05 crore in debt.

In the hybrid segment, the gross buying was of Rs 5.26 crore against gross selling of Rs 6.71 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net sellers of Rs 1.45 crore in hybrid segment.
