LT Foods has received approval to invest Rs 20 crore in the form of preference shares in its majority owned subsidiary -- Daawat Foods (DFL) to strengthen the balance sheet of DFL and improve its current ratio.
The Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 06, 2019 has approved the same.
LT Foods is a branded specialty foods company. It is engaged in milling, processing and marketing of branded and non-branded basmati rice, and manufacturing of rice food products in the domestic and overseas market.
