NMDC has reported 28.43 million tonne (MT) of iron ore production and logged sales volume of 28.80 MT up to the month of February 2019.
The company’s Chhattisgarh mines produced 19.81 MT of iron ore and registered sales volume of 20.36 MT, while Karnataka mines produced 8.62 MT of iron ore and sold 8.44 MT of iron ore up to February 2019.
NMDC is a state-controlled mineral producer of the Government of India. It is fully owned by the Government of India and is under administrative control of the Ministry of Steel.
