Zodiac Ventures has informed that the Company had submitted the Audited Consolidated Financial Results for the Financial Year ended 31st March 2018 along with Audit Report thereon and declaration on 4th March 2019. However, there was inadvertently a typographical error in the Audit Report on Consolidated Financial Results for the Financial Year ended 31st March 2018 wherein the date of signing was typewritten as 4th March 2018 instead of 4th March 2019. Therefore, the Company has enclosed herewith the copy of the Audit Report on the Consolidated Financial Result for the Financial Year ended 31st March, 2018 with the rectified date of signing i.e 4th March 2019.
