FIIs stood as net buyers in equities as per March 07 data: NSDL

07 Mar 2019 Evaluate

The FIIs as per Thursday’s data were net buyers in equity and debt segments both, according to data released by the NSDL.

In equity segment, the gross buying was of Rs 6716.72 crore against gross selling of Rs 5329.79 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net buyers of Rs 1386.93 crore in equities.

In the debt segment, the gross purchase was of Rs 1887.59 crore with gross sales of Rs 794.69 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net buyers of Rs 1092.90 crore in debt.

In the hybrid segment, the gross buying was of Rs 0.07 crore against gross selling of Rs 2.34 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net sellers of Rs 2.27 crore in hybrid segment.
