Arvind Fashions (AFL), the demerged entity of Arvind, has been listed on Friday is expected to attract investors given its repertoire of brands such as US Polo, Arrow, Flying Machine and Tommy Hilfiger.
AFL was demerged from parent entity Arvind on November 29, 2018, and handles the branded and retail business. Arvind had allotted one fully paid-up equity share of Rs 4 each of Arvind Fashions for every five shares held in the company.
