SREI Infrastructure Finance has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company has, by Circular Resolution on Friday, 8th March, 2019, considered and declared an Interim Dividend of Re 0.50 (i.e. 5%) per equity share of Rs 10 each fully paid up of the Company. The record date for the purpose of determining the Members eligible to receive Interim Dividend is Saturday, 16th March, 2019. The said Interim Dividend will be paid on or before Friday, 29th March, 2019.
