It is further informed that, in accordance with Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading framed by the Company pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company is closed from today, Monday, 11th March, 2019 and shall remain closed till Sunday, 17th March, 2019, for aforesaid purpose.
