Entertainment Network (India) has informed that pursuant to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 read with the Company’s Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by employees and other connected persons; the trading window for trading in the securities of the Company will be closed with effect from April 1, 2019 for the Company’s Designated Persons and their immediate relatives covered under the aforesaid Regulations and Code and the trading window will re-open after expiry of 48 hours post the financial results for the financial year ending on March 31, 2019 are made generally available.
