BPCL raises Rs 1,000 crore via NCDs

Bharat Petroleum Corporation (BPCL) has raised Rs 1,000 crore through private placement of unsecured Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) at a coupon of 8.02% p.a. payable annually with a door to door maturity of 5 years on March 11, 2019. The proceeds will be utilized for funding of Capital Expenditure of the Company, including recoupment of expenditure already incurred. 

BPCL is into exploration, production and retailing of petroleum and petrol related products. The retail business unit of BPCL is into marketing of petrol, diesel and kerosene.
