JSW Steel has reported Crude Steel production at 12.57 lakh tonnes (LT) for February 2019, registering a fall of 6% over corresponding month of previous year.
The production of rolled products (long) decreased to 3.08 LT in February 2019 as compared to 3.41 LT in February 2018, representing a drop of 10%. The production of rolled products (flat) stood at 9.20 LT in February 2019 as compared to 9.12 LT in February 2018, representing a growth of 1%.
JSW Steel is one of the largest steel manufacturing companies in India having units in Karnataka and Maharashtra producing crude steel, long steel and flat steel products.
