Maharashtra Pollution Control Board (MPCB) has withdrawn the closure notice received for Sharon Bio-Medicine’s API facility located at L-6, MIDC, Taloja, District Raigad in the state of Maharashtra. Considering the compliances in respect of closure directions, MPCB has approved the proposal subject to fulfilment of certain conditions stated therein.
