On standalone basis, the company has reported a rise of 8% in its net profit at Rs 105.21 crore for the quarter, as compared to Rs 97.42 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. Total income of the company has increased by 10.35% to Rs 964.30 crore for the quarter under review as compared to Rs 873.83 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2011.
Bharat Forge engages in manufacturing of close die and open die forging, crankshafts, front axle beams, steering knuckle, connecting rods, rocker arm and many more components.
